Andre Martin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vested Gold Management, with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in operational management, government contracting, project delivery, compliance oversight, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has led complex programs and contracts for government agencies, private organizations, and community initiatives, managing budgets exceeding $35 million while consistently delivering strong results.

Andre is recognized for his expertise in organizational leadership, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. He has implemented systems and processes that enhance accountability, improve performance, reduce risk, and support successful project execution.
